Feta Dip with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Ingredients
  • 7 ounces feta, crumbled into very small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons sun-dried tomato tapenade
  • A couple drops of water
  • Directions
  • Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth. Refrigerate and serve with bread or breadsticks.
