Creamy Whipped Feta
  • 8 ounces feta cheese, at room temperature
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. sherry vinegar (or your favorite wine vinegar)
  • Directions
  • Crumble the feta into the bowl of a food processor, add the cream cheese, and pulse to combine. Slowly add the vinegar and olive oil with the food processor running and continue to process until very smooth, 3-5 minutes.
