Greek Pasta Salad with Feta & Sausage

  • 1 Package Nikos Traditional Feta, crumbled
  • 1 Package buffalo style chicken sausage, halved
  • 1/4 Cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup white mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 Box spiral pasta


  • 3 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoon white vinegar
  • Pinch salt, pepper, and herbs de Provence
  • 1 Tablespoon Nikos Feta cheese, crumbled



  1. Whisk together all ingredients and pour over dish as needed.


  1. Boil pasta until al dente; rinse under cold water, and drain. Add chopped and sliced veggies to the drained pasta.
  2. Cook halved sausages on the grill 3-5 minutes each side on medium heat. Chop up sausage then add sausage, feta, and dressing to the pasta. Can serve warm or at room temperature.
