Avocado and Feta Dip

  • 1/2 c. feta cheese
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 avocados, peeled and sliced
  • squeeze of lime juice


  1. Dump all the ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth. For a chunkier dip, leave out the water.


  1. Add chopped onions, jalapenos, garlic, and/or cilantro to the dip, if desired.
  2. Suggests using Nikos® Peppercorn Feta Cheese.
